Set a new best today....

Went to our local Criterium track today and set a new best time......

Went 21 miles and averaged 21.9mph.....the track is slightly downhill on one side, and the slighty uphill on another side with a small hill! Progress is a good thing

Its free to use, i will get a pic of it to show you guys. Its where they hold races every week for USCF members. Pretty awesome place! And yes, it was a personal best for me, not the track. lol. The track is exactly a .5 mile long and the record lap is 54 seconds........my best ever was 1:07
