And I'm sure they're worth the extra. However, I doubt that on the trip
you're planning you would need the extra performance, therefore I
suggested a lower price range. Evidently I missed your description of
your existing panniers and rack.

Wrote the book, sweetheart. Through a combination of indecision and
lack of planning, I get to exercise choice in everything - I fear that
having my bags carried for me would lead to early and inconvenient
separation.

Well, yes. All right. I hold my hand up. Guilty as charged. But one of the
reasons I'll be cycling alone is that I parted from the chap I did le Havre
to Marseille with, precisely because he felt I should accept that his way
was always right and mine, where it conflicted with his, wrong. Why? Because
he had external genitalia. I learned a few things in that messy and painful
chapter and one of them was: Go for what you want and don't let other people
talk you out of it. And what I want this time is to have my bags moved for
me.

If I've been rude unintentionally, I apologise. (And, if I meant it -- I
don't).

I think it's a troll. It's certainly unpleasant and is presumably

You need a long-shafted Torx screwdriver, and in the absence of a
so-called case-cracking tool, you can start by pushing in on the
interface ports at the bottom and the power socket.
