Shimano Click'R Trekking SPD Bicycle Pedal - PD-T400

Does anyone have any experience using the [SIZE= 12px]Shimano Click'R Trekking SPD Bicycle Pedals - PD-T400? Thanks in advance.[/SIZE]

they look basically like an SPD pedal with a plastic platform, its not clear if both sides are equal, or if one side is without the SPD engagement, i prefer personally the Shimano PD-M324 SPD Dual Platform Pedal, it is a more robust steel platform, definately one side without SPD, i have used this pedal on touring and on commuting, very nice,
