Shimano haven't done a look compatible pedal in about fifteen years. I have an old pair of Look cleat Shimano 105 pedals in my stash, which are pretty nice. The old Look cleat Dura-ace pedals go for a small fortune on ebay, though that has probably stopped now as Lance Armstrong has swapped to the new Shimano road pedals.
Incidentally, it was a bit of an embarrasment for Shimano that Armstrong refused to use their road SPD pedals. He was paid to ride Shimano, so used old (like late eighties old) Dura-ace look ones, and eventually (so I've heard) Shimano relented and designed a new pedal just to satisfy him.
