the original dura-ace 7800 series is only available in 53/42, 52/39, 53/39, 50/39, 54/42, 55/42, 56/44. but because the max. difference for the FD is 15 teeth it should work. if it's 50/36, the 36 tooth sprocket is not a dura-ace 7800 series part. maybe a typing error on the website?
The bike specs specify a Dura-Ace 53/39 but does not specifically specify a Dura-Ace 50/36. It only gives you an option to get 50/36 gearing. My guess is that you can get a Bontrager Race X Lite Carbon 50/36 as an option.

the shimano stated capacity for the fd is 15 teeth, both 7700 and 7800 models. but like some of their other specs, it can be exceeded. I shift 16 teeth (50/34) on my fsa crankset with a da 7700 series fd. works fine.
