The "hanger", that part in wich the "hanger bolt" is screwed in. The hanger is itself fixing to
the frame.

the issue is:

That hanger is cracked. Is it a typical frame component, and it is possible tp buy it. Or it is
a frame dependent. And it is produced out of space alloys and cost as an average "space
shuttle" hanger.

It depends if it's replaceable or not... is there a bolt attaching the "hanger" to the frame? I imagine if its an (Easton) aluminium frame then it would be replaceable...

Generally the hanger is specific to a brand/make of frame so you would need to track down the one specific to yours. Also, generally they are not that expensive (depending on how old your frame is). Your local bike shop should be able to help you with it... or search on-line.

Check with a dealer that sells your bike. If yours is replaceable, they are cheap to buy.
