shoe noises

Recently im having noises during long rides from one of my shoes (specialized road comp),
my pedals are MICHE 302 , the cleats looks fine .
it sounds like screeches.

i tried to put gel wrapping below the cleats and i closed the cleats small cog harder-a week passed and my favorite noise woke up

please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!
