Damaged by stupid mistake during setting spraket.

I’m sorry to say that im korean so i cant make myself written English perfectly.

Please give me some advice.

I would not ride that wheel and I wouldn't try to repair it. Sending it to Zipp would probably cost as much as a new wheel. However, in Korea you could find a company that could repair it and ultrasonically test it for a reasonable cost.
