Show your bicycle pictures; recumbant, road, MTB, BMX, in action, in bits, whatever...

I'll go first.

My Saracen Ventoux. Got given this by a friend of my dads so I dont know anything about it. Does the job pretty well though, although it is bloomin hard work:

God I love excuses to post my baby machine cycle (couldn't think of anything better).

Sorry for those who've seen it 147 times before.

Bobby, you are the ultimate bike pornographer!

Seeing how I have 12 bikes (hey, only one woman though), I'll just show my latest bike build aside my next to latest build (love those Giants). note: I did lop off that long steerer tube a week later.

Bobby:

That is sick, sick I tell you! Victory is mine! Giggitty, giggity .... oh yeah!

Since I have12 bikes (only one woman though) I'll just show my latest build aside my next to latest build (love those Giant TCRs!). Note: I trimmed down that long steerer a week after the pics were taken.

Hey BobbyOCR - nice BMC - how much does it weigh?

Did you get the Protocols because of my recommendations of it on this board?

I've posted a pic of my Ross I found at a yard sale in the picture galleries (in the "G" rated gallery). I'm really starting to like this bike.

Here's mine... old but I gotta get a job before I can start complaining.

I added more cages to it after the pic was taken - turns out one bottle realy sucks when your going against a head wind and there's a 40k gap between towns...

Here's me and my lovely new bike. :)

This was from before I had even taped the bars. It's got about 250 miles on it now in the last week and a half... Oh, and I now have ROL Volant wheels and Conti GP 4000 tires on it...

Nice BMC, i have an MTB of theirs - great fun - protocols are great - certainly do the job on my TCR!

one question -how the hell did you get the bike to stand on it own:confused:

did you have someone holding it then let go real quick for the pic & catch it again - or was it all 'done with mirrors'??

It weighs 7.6Kg, exactly. I can save another 300g around the crankset and 100g with blighter bolts and handlebar/stem, and another 100g if I got a Flite carbonio. But thats another couple of years.

I got the protocols because my boss came up and said 'you aren't racing on a set of our wheels, why don't you try these, they are doing them cheap at the moment'

Oh and for reference, they are protocol LTDs. They have a DT made 240s internals rear hub that I'm so glad to feel again. That star ratchet is so solid. I think they upgraded a couple of other things, but DT aerolite spokes, reasonably deep rims and good lacing make them great to ride. They are lighter than the normal protocols (by a claimed 68g) and mine came in at 1473g for the set, with a claimed of 1460, that isn't bad. They are extremely comfortable to ride as well. Need to tie the back though.

And I'm loving the steel bikes. And that Rock Lobster is off the hook. How much does it weigh?

Last thing. In regards to it standing up, cone stamp and healing brush are amazing tools.

Photoshop in general is a wonderful tool... :)

The Lobster checks in at about 17.75 pounds (with the new wheels). I'll have to get it on a more precise scale to give a better number.

Great bikes gents, some fancy rides out there. Keep the bike **** coming.

Here's my humble rides. They're not the latest but get the job done.
