Shuttling bikes: Philly to Baltimore

I'm planning to ride the Heritage Rail Trail from Baltimore to York, PA in the next month. I plan to leave my car in York to get back to Philly. However, I'm having a hard time finding a way to get me and my friends and our bikes to Baltimore from Philly to start the ride.

Does anyone know of any shuttle services or other means by which to get down there?

Options that I have explored (without success) include:

Amtrak- they require that bikes be in boxes.
Greyhound - also require boxed bikes
Chinatown Buses- take bikes, but only go to Baltimore from NYC, not from Philly
Renting a van - I called Budget Rent-A-Car, they only rent passenger vans and will not remove the seats, nor will they rent them one-way
Regional rail- I looked into riding Septa regional rail, then riding south to the northernmost MARC spot. However, MARC trains only allow folding bikes.

I'd appreciate any other suggestions. Thanks!
