anyone had SI joint ligament strain ? I did mine when overdoing si joint mobility exercises (don't do it without expert advice). Since then i have had nothing but trouble and only the shortest gentlest rides are manageable. Anyone fully healed from this problem? How did you do it ? Anyone had prolotherapy ? Just bought a trek domane 5.2 before xmas and have only done one hour
