Size of my old Cannondale?

How can I determine the size of my old Cannondale?

I know it was available in 52, 54, 56. I don't see it marked anywhere.
How are Cannondale's measured?

(I'm 5' 10.5", with about a 31 inseam for pants. I seem to recall 54?)
