I just got done washing my bike and noticed a very slight squeak in the rear wheel. This only happens when slowly rotating the wheel and when coasting only. When I pedal the wheel there is no squeak.

I used bike wash and a possibly some degreaser in that area. Sound seems to be coming from the wheel hub. Did I remove some needed grease?

Perhaps. Could be insides are now dry or if there is a rubber seal on the LH side, maybe a wee bit of spray lube there where it contacts the hub shell.
