  1. I had a few things over the last couple of days, that I shouldn't have had. I am now trying to get
back to where I was the day before Christmas. I am however happy to report that with what I ate ,
which now that I think about it wasn't a whole lot. I only gained 2lbs. Thank god about that. I was
worried because I things that I haven't had in a long time. Now that I am home and the Christmas
season is almost over I am trying my hardest to get back on track. I know that it is not going to be
easey. But I am trying none the less. I guess I 've got a head start by posting here. I did get a
compliment from my aunt whom I haven't seen in a long while about how good that I looked so that
makes me want to get back on track so that I can look even better the next time I see her. And the
rest of my family. By that time I want to be at my goal weight of 115lbs. So here's to a good start
on the new yrs. And that I can make it to my goal. I know that I can do it I just have to work hard
at it. Hope everyone else has done okay over the holidays and has managed not to gian to much. Have
    a great New Years everyone.

    Angie
