  1. Subject: Smoked Meat I would be grateful if anyone could
tell me how can I get the taste of Smoked meat (especially
the Montreal one) in my kichen. I need the recipe with the
    secret sauce.

Unfortunately the flavor of smoked meat is not from the
sauce, it's from actually smoking the meat. Smokers are
relatively inexpensive, I don't think I paid more than $40
for mine. You can also get smoker boxers for your gas grill
or just put wood chips on your charcoal with a regular
grill. Many kinds of woods make for great smoked flavor,
hickory, mesquite, apple wood and many more. You can use
liquid smoke (in a bottle usually by the bbq sauce in the
grocery store) to shortcut, but it's not the same. At least
    that's my opinion 🙂
