Since my preferred smokie is a cheese jalapeno stuffed number; which I eat
on a buttered and grilled bun with a smoothering of kraut; is no
more...sigh. I've tried a just cheese stuffed smokie and mixed minced
pickeled jalapeno into the partial jar of kraut....Kraut and pickeled
jalapeno a almost ambrosia like substance.
