TDF is asking Lance for the winnings back?
I thought the winnings were awarded to the team not an individual. At that point the team has the decision to split the winning and unless I mistaken the TDF winner usually gives his split back to the team for equal distribution.
If this is the case why would Lance be responsible for returning the money since he is just a member of the team.
