No, I've not tried that phone number or that email address. 🙂

The nearest one to this date on their web site is 06/01, which does not seem to have any direct
reference to what you've referred to so far available for download...

"clunker" an old Raleigh Lizard with a Currie motor. Your comments would be appreciated, and mine
will follow!
My comment is its not very clear what you are trying to get across.
If you are trying to allude to solid tyres, I picked up a pair in Halfords sale for 2 UKP each. I
have yet to try them on the basis that they have a really awful reputation. I bought them because
the list price is ridiculous, and its only very occaisionally you get to buy something with ~93%
off. Thats got to be a bargain, especially given how long they'll last if I never use them.....
Last time I tried a solid type tyre it was a [censored] to get on the back wheel, a [censored] to get off the
wheel, and the bit inbetween damn near got me killed. Was taking a T-jucntion turn, nothing fancy
but at about 15mph and the damn thing started to come off the rim. Bike skidded about 6 ft to the
side and I was very lucky not to be doing a close inspection of the sump of a truck on the other
side of the road.
Solids are great on kids bikes - the kind with stabilisers on that never get out of the garden or
driveway. Can be lethal on road bikes. The ride is hard too - I think, if given the choice of having
two of them or nothing, I'd rather ride on rims.
(just my opinion of course)
Got mine from Halfords also, around £15 at the time. They didn't want to give me a refund as I'd
used it. I gave the manager a choice - refund or go home looking like something from an advanced
origami manual. Refund in hand in 2 minutes flat. I advised the guy to get rid of the damn things
and gave the above details as evidence of their worth. Not surprising they get banged out @ £2 each
then I spose.
