NYC made #15 with 8% of all trips done by bicycle. Hard to believe
it's the highest ranking US city.
The "Cost of Bicycles in Selected Places, 1985-1992" is pretty
interesting too. Out of date, but interesting.

sorry, interesting stats though. It's nowhere near that in new zealand.
