    I have taken some of the padding out of my kh now so i can grip it much
    better, anyways for the tips i found for getting about the swing and
    just trying to do it as if it was a crank grab and the swing just came
    like that.Anyothers?

    Go to 'unicycle.2ya.com' (http://www.freewebs.com/andrewcarter/home.htm)
    and look for the Kris Holm tutorials there under 'trials'. There's a
    good one for seat out pedal grabs. It's a great website and a lot of
    effort has been put into it.
