  1. Sosburg Loaf

Sosmix and Burgamix can be found in most Holland and Barrett shops in the UK.

4oz/115g Burgamix 4oz/115g Sosmix 3 slices wholemeal bread, crumbed 2 medium onions, finely grated 2
medium carrots, finely grated 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 tsp mixed dried herbs 2 tsp Marmite or other
    yeast extract

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix the Marmite with a little warm water and
add to the mix. Add water slowly a bit at a time, stirring, until the mixture is soft and pliable.

Press firmly into a greased loaf tin. Cover and piece of grease proof paper and bake for 30-40
    minutes at 180C

Serve with roast potatoes, green vegetables and gravy.

This is also delicious cold with a salad or thinly sliced for sandwiches with mustard or pickle.
