SOVOS flip-flop fixed gear/single speed hub build?

I have a SOVOS flip-flop fixed gear/single speed hub that I would like to
build up. The question is, when building this wheel, is it necessary to
know what TYPE of frame I'm putting it on; TRACK vs. ROAD bike?

Are the chain lines any different on these bikes that it would require a
unique build. Maybe different dishing, etc.??

Thanks!!

No, but you do need to match the rear spacing, possibly add/subtract
spacer washers from the axle.

If you want to use this hub as a flip flop, you need to build it
symmetrically. This usually gives a chainline aroung 42 mm, so you'll
need to set the chainwheel at that distance from the frame's centerline.

See: http://sheldonbrown.com/chainline for details on this
