  1. Spaghetti-Cheese Bake

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes (drained)
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato paste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. each basil and oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti
    1 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 cup milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash pepper
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Brown ground beef with onion. Drain well. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste,
    garlic and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes until thick. Cook spaghetti until
    just tender, drain well. Spread spaghetti in bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over spaghetti. Combine milk, eggs, salt and
    pepper. Pour evenly over spaghetti. Spread tomato sauce over spaghetti.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over all. Bake 375 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Cut in squares to serve. 8 servings.
