Spanish Cycling and Doping

A couple of people have mentioned that the Spanish are the best in the world at loads of sports, well maybe then we ought to introduce dope testing across loads of sports then and see what happens.
Spain isn't the best at all sports. You would have to be pretty gullible to beleive that.
Granted they are a very good sporting nation.
But not the best in the world.

It's probably best to steer clear of which nation is the best at anything. The subjects of 'World's Crookedest Teeth' or 'Blandest Food on Earth' might crop up.
