  1. Finally Specialized put all five 2005 Sirrus models on their website specialized.comSBCBkFamily.jsp

And I got message from my lds that he has them available. Today I will try the Sirrus and the Sirrus Elite.
I like the 05 Sirrus with the matte black color. But I hate the EF-35 brake w/ integerated shifters. Either I get an upgrade (Rapidfire shifters) or go for the Sirrus Elite. But that's almost $400 more. 🙁

  2. That is true.

  3. I've been trying to get my dad into cycling and my mom and I split the cost and bought him a 2004 Sirrus Elite. The bike is fantastic. I'm a roadie with a Cannondale R300 from 1997 that has some modifications, and I LOVE the Sirrus Elite. That bike is nicer than what I'm riding. It's extremely comfortable, rides nice and quick, looks awesome (we got the burnt orange, but that doesn't appear available for the 2005, but the silver still looks really good), all in all, I wish the bike was mine and not his! The Sirrus Elite came with nicer wheels and components all around....so in my mind, I think it's worth it to spend the extra money and get the Sirrus Elite.
