specialized hardrock headset replacement

The cups are often hard to get in there, maybe they're just tight and not
really too large?

Your LBS will have a press tool that clamps on both sides of the head tube
and forces the cups in by turning a threaded shaft.

Yes, that turned out to be correct, $25 labor charge though.
