I should be interested to learn how the fitting of lights would have
prevented the useless cretinous moron in a Mini from changing lanes into me
descending Stamford Hill the other week.

Because it was broad daylight.

Same for the menk in the 206 last year, who decided that a left-turning
bicycle only requires four inches of road space, so there was plenty of room
for her to turn right at the same time.

And so on.

I know how you feel in the last 3 yrs i have gone over the bonnet (head-on)
because the guy was on the wrong side of the road, a guy putting me over the
bonnet of his car because all cyclist must give way to cars that want to
pull out of side streets, and just the otherday, when some loon in a white
van under-took a car that was turning right, forcing me into the pavement
almost causing me to fall off. if that wasn't enough he desided he was going
to turn left since i was pretty much at the side of him trying to regain
control after his fist bad move, forcing me to make a sudden stop.

the worst part was when my rear wheel got caught under his wheel arch almost
forcing my seat up my Annus, well an inch or 2 more to the left and i would
have probably been at the hospital having it sergically removed. luck as it
though i ended up with just a brused **** cheek, thats full **** cheek with
an amazing egg on it.
