Speed cameras

    Regarding those who fall foul of speed cameras, whether they be viewed
    as essential safety tools or as arbitrary revenue-collecting devices:

    "There are *no* victims: Just an endless stream of willing volunteers"

    Cyclists are all poor, hard-up and unemployed.
