I'd like to know the answer as well; didn't see any mention of rebuild kits on speedplay website. The bearings are definately tiny and can't last forever. Would think the bearings are standard industrial type though.Having said that, mine are fine at 5000 miles. They did develop some play after about 2500 miles; that's when I checked the website and learned a relube is specified by speedplay every 2000 miles. Injection of fresh grease fixed the play and they've been fine ever since.
