    Serves 4
    Published in: San Antonio Express-News

    1 packages frozen puff pastry
1 packages spinach souffle Stouffer's brand -- thawed
    1 pounds salmon fillets

Defrost both puff pastry and spinach souffle. Preheat oven to 375
degrees. Cut salmon fillet into 4 equal pieces. Cut the 2 puff pastry
sheets in half. Open 1 piece of pastry dough flat. Place salmon fillet on
top. Spoon one quarter of spinach souffle on top of salmon. Close the top
and sides of puff pastry, pinching as you go. Repeat this process with
each fillet. Put on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until puff pastry is
browned and crispy to the touch.

Note: Recipe calls for Stouffer's Spinach Souffle, found in the freezer
    section.

    Makes 4 servings.
