  1. A fellow Saturday AM group rider is offering me a set of Spinergy SR3 wheels at a price yet to be disclosed...? Does anyone have a opinion on this brand and model, and what I should expect to pay for them.

I have a Giant TCR 1 carbon with Shimano RH540 wheel set (standard kit).

My weight is 77kgs and 20 months into the sport.

    😕

    😕

    Don't buy them.

Both bike shops that carried Spinergy products in this area have stoped because of continued problems with their wheels and the long time it takes to get parts from them.

My SR 3 sutained a broken axal after three months of riding and it took spinergy two months to repair it. According to the bike shop the SR 3 has an aluminum axal with a shank that creats a weak spot that makes them prone to breakage.

    For reference I weigh 83Kg
