I really don't think so. The Ultegra/Dura-Ace/XTR Octalink is "V1" and
the ES are "V2". Not compatible. Presumably, the Ritchey uses the V1.

The Ritchey is known to be a low profile crank. It may come closer than
other cranksets. You can choose 109.5mm (road double), 112mm (XTR),
116mm (XTR), 118.5mm (road triple). Some or all of the triples may be
slightly asymmetrical. Don't know the details of that. If you use a
115mm BB now, I doubt that you will get away with anything less than the
112-113 and most likely you will need the 118. Have you considered
ISIS? You will have slightly more choices in cranks and BB's, but the
sizes are more or less similar.
