Splitting Endurance Rides

    I am about to commence an endurance block and am wanting to get some feedback / thoughts on splitting endurance rides. e.g. Riding two hours in the morning and then 2 to 2 1/2 hours at night. Below is what I have planned:

    Day 1 - Off
    Day 2 AM - 2 hrs with Sprints
    Day 2 PM - 2 to 2 1/2 hrs Endurance
    Day 3 - 2 1/2 with ME Intervals
    Day 4 - Off
    Day 5 - Off
    Day 6 - 4 1/2 with sprints
    Day 7 - 3 1/2 hrs
    Day 8 - 2 1/2 hrs
    Day 9 - Off
    Day 10 - Off
    Day 11 - Off
