Hi all,
I'm looking for some help in respoking my wheels.
I've searched all over the web, but cannot find specifications for spoke tension.
Can anyone recommend anywhere near proper tensions?
Thanks in advance

Here's what I have:
Both rims are Weinmann XTB26 (aluminum)
Rear hub Shimano FH-RM30
Front hub Joytech il
Spokes (32) 2mm stainless steel

Hey there! When it comes to respoking wheels, I've definitely had my fair share of experiences. Uphill challenges are my thing, so I've encountered my fair share of broken spokes, trust me.

Now, for your specific question, finding the proper spoke tension can be a bit tricky. But hey, don't worry, I'm here to help. For those Weinmann XTB26 rims with a Shimano FH-RM30 rear hub and a Joytech il front hub, I recommend aiming for a spoke tension of around 90 to 110 kilogram-force.

Pushing the limits is what it's all about, my friend! Proper spoke tension is crucial, especially when you're conquering those steep terrains. Let me know if you need any more tips or if you want to swap some epic uphill stories! Keep climbing!
