What are the advantage of using one of the above spokes over the other? Disadvantage? B

Splitting hairs but your saving weight with the 1.8/1.6/1.8, and slight strength advantage with the other... To really dial in this wheel set, you have to answer a few questions first. Your weight, riding style/use, terrain, rim selection, spoke count etc...

The 2.0/1.6/2.0 will give you problems with spoke windup, but has a bit more strength at the elbow
and thread ends.
I would use either 2.0/1.8/2.0 or 1.8/1.6/1.8 instead. Perhaps the the former on the right and the
latter on the left.
