Without a lot more information, the only answer anyone would be able to give you is you need to fully disassemble, clean, re-lubricate and reassemble your fork. In fact, chances are good even with a ton more information, that would be the answer you would get.

If you want to tackle the job yourself, hit the website of the company that manufactured your forks and download a service manual. On most forks, basic disassembly can be performed with automotive tools every household garage should have anyways. Make sure you get fork specific grease and fork specific oil for the reassembly, some greases and oils that are not designed for suspension components can damage the seals of the fork. Ensure you install any bolts with the proper torque and with a dab of blue loctight.

Or, take it to your local bike shop and pay to have them worry about it.
