I had to transport the bike home this weekend and to fit in the trunk, I
removed the wheel. When I put the front wheel back on and rotated it to
test the placement, it started squeeking.
I have the wheel in the proper position, the brakes are not rubbing
(visually), and I don't have the skewer too tight.
Can't tell where the squeeking is coming from, but there are two soft
rubber cones on the wheel shaft one on each side, inside the forks:

....and the noise seems to be coming from those rubber cones rubbing.
Suggestions on what to do? I've never had the front wheel off this bike
before, and didn't notice prior to removal if it squeeked.
