Looking for best advice for three month training program for 10 day mountain bike stage race in the Himalayas. first day is two long road stages of 90km and then 5 stages of 20km - 30km climbing on technical trails and 2 days of push carry at 4000 meters+ followed by two days of decent. Looking for help sorting out a training program.....I live in Nepal so have no gym access but can ride and run .....
