    Hi
I have just finished building a racing cycle consisting of the best custom stuff to the cheapest spares. Now I want to start training. Not only to race but much more recreational cycling and losing some weight and staying in shape - quite a mouth-full. I know there probably are 1000000's of manuals on the market but I'm enquiring about stuff that can be found on the Net.
    Kind regards
    Lou

Are you talking about stuff you don't wanna pay for or stuff you're willing to pay for on the net? I'd suggestCoach Carl. He has an incredibly exhaustive manual regarding training online and it's about 600 pages and a good read. You'd have to pay money though.
