Who would have accident data for Northamptonshire cycle accidents and fatalities and is the raw incident data in the public domain? I know that the council are very apt to dish out leaflets perporting the effectiveness of speed cameras or as they are trying to refer to them enforsement cameras. Many times they claim stats but give mo source, initial queries said the data they used came fom the police? can individuals get this data from the police?
