Does anyone know where there are any figures for number of offences by
cyclists? Things like number of fixed penalty notices issued for
cycling on the pavement, jumping red lights, drunk in charge, etc?

Yes, they are available on that interweb thingy. I would have to Google
to find them again but I am sure you are equally competent at driving
Google for yourself.

Searching Hansard would be a good plan too. This sort of thing often
turns up in Questions to Ministers. I think the Cambridge Evening News
states some figures in the Friday "motoring supplement", provided by the
local dibbles.

I find Google throws up Hansard entries as a matter of course in a
normal search.
