hey guys
seeing how there is about 6 inches of snow outside, riding outdoors isnt much an option....as a result, im trying to stay fit by playing hockey and riding a stationary bike as well.....the problem is, on the stationary bike, i cant see to find any resistance that fits me well....either there is way too much resistance for me to ride at for a prolonged period of time, or if i try to make it easier, its quickly turns so easy that i feel as though the pedals are turning themselves.....i want to work on getting a high cadence and keeping my heartbeat up while doing some work with my legs....i was just wondering what everyone else's experiences on stat. bikes have been? like/ hate them? are rollers better? any tips for me? thanks in advance
