  1. Any one out there done one of the Stephen Roche camps on Majorca? I'm
thinking of going in late March / early April 2005 ... any feedback
    appreciated.

Not sure yet if I will go alone or with family in tow - is there enough
on Majorca to hold the intersts of non-cycling spouse (she loves touring
cathedrals, museums, etc.,) and teenaged sons (who will probably be more
    than content with beach 'scenery'??

    Thanks.

    Rob

Absolutely loads of museums/cathedrals etc, but it all involves a fair amount of driving/sitting on a bus. Never done a camp but road bikes are easily hired in most resorts, although one day (184k) was enough for me in the heat of August. Stay up high in the Tramuntana mountains for the best scenery and cooler temperatures. I believe the tour buses will not take bikes from the airport.
    Enjoy ;-)

He's never struck me as camp, a little hard to understand at times but not
    camp :-)

No, it's just the way he rides his bike.
