  1. I have been abusing diuretics ( thiazises together with furesamida) for
    over 20 years, now I am trying with the help of endocrine doctor stop
    taking them by reducing 1/2 tablet every 10 days , however I have gaine
    weight 3 kg . I have swollen anckles and specially puggy eyes, I would
    be more than grateful if any one who had or having diuretic withdrawal
    sintoms to share it with me.

  2. Cut back on the SALT....Salt causes water retention more than any thing
    else.
    Also, Add more Water do your diet. The more you drink, the less you will
    have the adema.
