I was out riding with my wife today and got a flat in my back Tire...
As I was changing the tube at least 5 Road Bikers stopped and asked "Do you have everything you need"? or "Do you need help"?
It only takes me around 5 mins to change a Tube and re-inflate with my CO2 gadget...brilliant aren't they?
But I really appreciate Riders stopping to ask, I always do the same...so when people stop to ask if they can help ME it really re-affirms that it's a nice thing to do.... 🙂

We have Triathlon ladies here in Australia who can do the lot in 90 seconds... :eek:
