Stretching your inner thigh

Anyone know of a good stretch for the inner thigh muscle just above the knee. I know how to stretch my quads, hamstrings and can get my inner thigh in the groin area, but specifically I want to stretch the inner thigh just above the knee. I sometimes get cramps from this muscle group and want to see if stretching will help.
 
Try this one...Bring the leg up onto your bed or a chair that is below waist level with arch of foot against the bed or chair. Stretch the entire muscle group by bending the other leg at the knee. Isolate the muscle medial to the knee by slowly turning the toes towards the ceiling. Mess around with it until you feel a pull where you feel the tightness in the muscle. Sounds like it might be the sartorious muscle you're talking about. Hope this helps!

Inner thigh

Sit with your back straight.
Place the soles of your feet together and, holding your ankles, pull your feet in towards you.
Hold the position for 30 seconds. Feel the stretch in your inner thighs as you relax your legs down towards the floor.
Intensify the stretch by placing your elbows on your knees. While keeping your back straight, gently ease your body forwards from the hips

Outer Thigh

Sit with your one leg out in front of you and the other leg crossed over it.
With one arm for support, use the other to ease your knee across your body.
Feel the stretch in your outer thigh.
Hold the position for 30 seconds.
Repeat the stretch with your other leg.
