I have a Suntour GreaseGuard NOS 118mm bottom bracket I wanted to use,
but evidentally that is JIS and I need an ISO taper.

Stonglight literature specifies spindle lengths for the square taper
version of their Speedlight crank of 103 mm (double) and 111 mm
(triple). The taper format for this model is ISO. The specs are silent
regarding offsets, but I believe a symmetrical design would be best.

The Chorus bottom bracket you cite in the auction will meet this
standard.
