Got a new tiny studio apartment. Can't fit the bike inside. Only have these two pylons outside seen in photo.

Is there any locking mechanism(s) or methods where I could lock my bike to these without a thief lifting it over?

Or am I looking at a regular bike lock and a bike alarm to discourage them?

This is not a super expensive bike.

Thanks!

There's plenty of ways to store a bike inside cramped living spaces like a wall mount or a standing rack where the bike is stood up vertically in just one wheel. Thief is not your only concern leaving your bike outside but also things like rain, snow, and sun. They will ruin your bike in just one year!

The only way you can lock a bike into those pylons is drill a hole into one of them.
