  1. Don't you ever wonder why you struggle so mightily to lose weight?

Every time I almost think that you might be intelligent, you quickly
    disabuse me of the notion.

Ain't gonna. I don't think you must anything, but I do think you should
be consistent. With any mention of bread or bread substitutes, you
inform us that bread is not low-carb. If you really believe that
low-carb dieting means you cannot eat any sugar at all, then you should
also be saying "Broccoli is not low carb" and "Spinach is not low-carb"
whenever those foods are mentioned. I would also like to see "Broccoli
is how you got fat in the first place" pop up once in a while. And
since you have confused the terms "low carb" and "no carb" I think you
also should quit teaching math, since you do not know the difference
between "zero" and "an amount greater than zero."

That's a bunch of bull. All vegetables and most cheeses have some
sugar. So, by your logic, if you eat vegetables and cheese you're not
on a low-carb diet. Which is [censored] and you know it.

Hey, I'm not the one who thinks you can't lose weight if you eat
    vegetables.

This wall between us, which breaks my heart so, comes from the
differences in our world views. If the bottle of medicine says to take
one pill, I don't take three, erroneously thinking "if one is good, then
three would be even better!" If a person can lose weight while eating
significantly less sugar than before, I similarily would not recommend
that they should eat no sugar at all, not even the small amounts in
    low-carb vegetables.

Anything, even good things, can be taken to ridiculous extremes, which
is what you are doing with your version of what is and is not a low-carb
    diet.

  12. JC, you don't seem to have a consistent standard of what is "low
    carb."

Best I can figure, you seem to be arbitrarily declaring certain foods
"not low carb", even if the carb count per serving is less than a
gram... for example, you just declared cream cheese as being "not low
carb," even though a 2 tablespoon serving generally has less than 0.8
    grams of carbs per serving...
