supergo gone: is nashbar/performance same company?

Alright, just visited the supergo site, and it's closed. Returns and warrenty work are being handled by both nashbar and performance. That's very strange, why both bike shops? Wouldn't they negotiate with just one? Just doesn't make sense, unless they both are owned by the same company.

Nashbar and Performance are owned by the same company, which also owned Supergo. I think they just shut down the Supergo name for simplicity.
